As a chief administrative officer in a progressive single tier city, I was responsible for all municipal services provided in Stratford from Infrastructure and Development to Social Services and gained great insight into the dynamics of municipal management and administration into all areas of municipal services. Anthea Robinson-Shaw has been involved in the Communications environment spaning many sectors which has afforded her experience in the government and the public sector as well as non-profit and fundraising. She has extensive management experience in building relationships through communications and public relations. She works with organizations to strategically engage their communities online that is not based in social media and works to help organizations implement strategic best practices for their online community engagement projects to help build a sense of community while gathering rich feedback to improve the quality of online feedback and thereby improve decision-making too. This makes it easy to hear from citizens and understand their thoughts, feelings and needs.
